All in all, I guess it depends on how she decides to react. A lot of people do tend to lose faith when a loved one is lost, especially if all you've been doing is praying for it NOT to happen, or it could strengthen someone's faith by giving them a realistic view on life, and how to handle tragedy. It goes both ways, honestly.
